BigRed®4D Series dryers in 30 and 54 in. (76 and 137 cm) belt widths are the largest and most powerful dryers engineered specifically for DTG digital inks as well as screen-printed plastisols, water-based inks, discharge and/or DTF adhesives, making them ideal for Kornit®and other high-volume DTG shops, as well as automatic screen printing operations requiring high capacities, and DTF printing in high volumes. The Little Red series of Conveyor Dryers from Vastex offers repeatable results and fast payback never before available to mid-capacity textile printers who must cure screen printed plastisol inks, water-based inks, discharge, and/or DTF adhesives at high rates.

Vastex D-100 Conveyor Dryer

Entry level tabletop dryer with 18" (45.7 cm) wide conveyor belt cures up to 110 plastisol-printed garments/h, 50 discharge-printed garments/h, and DTF adhesives at high rates. Adjustable heater height/angle, heat intensity and belt speed provide full operator control. 120V and 240V models with optional powered exhaust remove moisture and fumes — critical for rapid drying of water-based inks and discharge, and curing of DTF adhesives.

Vastex D-1000 Conveyor Dryer

The Vastex D-1000 is a fantastic entry-level table top conveyor dryer. With a 26 in. (66 cm) wide by 56 in. (1.43 m) long conveyor belt, the D-1000 Compact Infrared Conveyor is sized to accommodate wider jackets and sweats, and wider printed images, than a Vastex sub-compact D-100 Conveyor Dryer with 18 in. (46 cm) wide belt.
