Shipping policy
Order Processing Orders shipped via UPS are processed and shipped same day if ordered by 3:00 PM EST, Monday–Friday. Orders shipped via USPS are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or federal holidays.
During periods of high volume or product backorders, processing times may be extended. If your order contains a backordered item, you will be notified by email.
Shipping Carriers & Services We ship via UPS and USPS and FedEx. Available service levels and rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, dimensions, and destination.
Delivery Estimates Delivery times vary by service level and destination. Estimated transit times begin after your order has been processed and shipped. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Insurance Shipments include carrier insurance coverage up to $100. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages beyond the carrier's covered amount. Please contact us promptly if you experience a shipping issue so we can assist in filing a claim.
Address Accuracy Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address. If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.
International Shipping — Canada We ship to Canada. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees assessed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout. Customs processing may add additional transit time beyond carrier estimates. Some items may not be available for international shipping.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at info@risosdp.com within 5 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
